Cancellation, Deposit & Refund Policy
We want you to LOVE your services, your stylist & your hair a go-go experience. We'll give you a confirmation two days before your appointment as a reminder. If you need to change your scheduled appointment, we ask you to give us the courtesy of 24 hours' notice.
If you fail to give 24 hours notice for any two scheduled appointments within 6 months or repeatedly move appointments day-to-day, you will be required to secure future appointments with a 50% deposit, which will be discounted from your total at checkout.
This deposit is non-refundable in the event you do not attend your scheduled appointment. Please note that specific services will always require a 50% deposit due to the length of service booking. If you have a question, concerns or are in any way unhappy with the service you received within two weeks of your service, please give us a chance to assist you. (One week for Indie Glaze & New Wave services.)
Likewise, our team is here for you. If you have any questions or need help with your product purchases, tools, or styling. Keune excepts returns on damaged packaging. Brushes, combs, and any hair accessories are not returnable according to TN health codes. Other hair products, that have not been opened or used, may be exchangeable for store credit only .

Hair Donations
Hair needs to be at least 12 inches + in donated length for donation. We recommend booking a complimentary consultation to learn if you are a good candidate at this time. We do NOT except hair that has been previously bagged and cut because of health code regulations. When it's time for your appointment hair should be clean, dry and straightened prior to the visit.
