Elizabeth Kincaid
As the owner and a Certified Trichologist, WTS, our founder has been in the industry since 1994, dedicating her career to advanced hair dressing and trichology. She now specializes exclusively in hair loss and scalp solutions, bridging the gap between dermatology and hairstyling while also supporting women through the appearance-related side effects of chemotherapy and radiation. A firm believer in lifelong learning, she encourages young stylists to embrace education, practice relentlessly, and give back—values she has upheld throughout her career, including over 20 years with the local Look Good, Feel Better Foundation.
Mia Ivey - Advanced Stylist
Meet Mia an Advanced Stylist and Keune & Salon Educator, and has been with Hair a Go-Go since 2018 and in the industry since 2016. She is Passionate about dimensional color and natural reds, and loves teaching. My peers describe me as knowledgeable and the "mom of the group." Outside of the salon, I enjoy weightlifting, playing guitar, traveling, and trying new recipes, all while hanging out with my two cats, Zeppelin and Zelda.
Michaela Rogers - Senior Stylist
Meet Michaela a Senior Stylist with six years in the industry, she has been with Hair a Go-Go for three years and specialize in blondes, color, long hair, and mullets. Her peers describe her as fun, artistic, and the "cool aunt". She draws inspiration from her Mimi, a hairstylist for over 60 years. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, reading, and watching Bob’s Burgers with her boyfriend, Dillon, while spending time with her dogs, Ember and Soot.
Liv Knipp - Senior Stylist. Pedicurist. Make-up Artist
Meet Liv a Stylist, pedicure technician, and makeup artist, who brings seven years of industry experience and a passion for all things beauty. With a background rooted in generations of stylists, she specializes in pedicures, event styling, makeup artistry, men’s cuts, blondes, and updos. Enthusiastic, caring, and always up for anything.When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find her hiking, thrift shopping, or spending time with her dog, Muffin. Originally from Toledo, Ohio but loves calling Chattanooga home!
Lisa Barnes - Salon Manager
Meet Lisa, with over eight years at Hair A Go-Go, Lisa brings experience, passion, and leadership to the salon. When not managing the team and ensuring top-notch client experiences, she stays active with spin classes, running, rollerblading, and hiking. A travel enthusiast, Lisa loves exploring new places and cherishing time with family and friends. In quieter moments, you’ll find them with a good book in hand.
