
We want you to LOVE your services, your beauty professional and your hair a go-go experience. To ensure that every client gets the best experience every time, we adhere to the following practices.
confirmation calls & cancellations
We'll give you a confirmation call two days before your appointment as a reminder. If you need to change your scheduled appointment, we ask that you give us the courtesy of 24-hours notice. This gives us an opportunity to schedule another appointment and best meet the needs of our clients. If you fail to give 24-hours notice of cancellation for any two scheduled appointments, you will be required to secure future appointments with a 50% deposit, which will be discounted from your total at checkout. This deposit is nonrefundable in the event you do not attend your scheduled appointment.
service deposits
Deposits of 50% are required for certain services due to the nature of the services and the time they take to perform. The deposit is, of course, applied to your total at checkout but is not refundable in the event you fail to attend your appointment.
service satisfaction
If you have any questions, concerns or are in any way unhappy with the services you received within two weeks of your service (one week for New Wave Manic Panic and Indie Glaze), please give us the chance to assist you. We appreciate the opportunity to ensure we achieve your desired result.
Likewise, our team is here for you if you have questions or need help with your Bumble & bumble, Sparrow cosmetics or Mario Badescu products. At hair a go-go we work as a team. We encourage all of our clients to try out several staff members to find the beauty professional who best suits your style.

We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Traveler's Cheques. We do not accept checks.
